Sophisticated simplicity

Software developed in Switzerland. We offer our knowledge in software engineering to develop new or adapt existing software, and to build our own products. Our focus is building sustainable and maintainable software in Ruby on Rails. Located in Switzerland, we bring Swiss precision and quality to software engineering.

You'd like to digitize your business processes and need a tailored software? We take you through the whole process, from the idea, through the development, to the maintenance.

Sophisticated simplicity. We develop seemingly simple solutions, which are technically sophisticated and of high quality. Your software is developed with maintenance in mind, so that it can be developed further, adapted and maintained.

No buzzwords. We don't try to impress. You won't hear buzzwords like artificial intelligence, blockchain or scrum from us. It is important to us that our software solutions generate business value and your work efficiency and quality is improved by it. We don't sell you expensive software, which is not maintainable and requires more personal resources than an analogue solution. As a transparent solution provider we sell you what we communicate.

Our promise: our advice serves your interests, not ours.

If we believe so, we will tell you that a software will not effectively solve the problem, or your idea is not viable. We will not sell you a software to earn money. If you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. This is often true for software engineers as well, but some problems are solved more cheaply and easily by other means than software.

Open-Source. We use and support open-source software. Such software is freely available and its source code is available to everyone. That way, software can be used without any hurdles, and bugfixes and extensions can be done by a worldwide community.

Sustainability. Software is expensive to develop and maintain. Often maintainability is forgotten. Software is like a plant, you have to constantly care for it to prosper. We therefore use Ruby on Rails as technology, which receives modern updates, but is stable enough to allow a low cost upgrade process. Software we are working on is over 20 years old, still up to date and without technological debt.

Is this website broken? No, it's simple! We distill a problem to its core, which — in the case of this website — is its content, not its look.
